


I am a registered nurse still working in Intensive Care and General Practice. I joined general practice after nearly 3 decades of seeing people admitted to the unit with more chronic disease than ever.
The transition into GP land was to work in Preventative Medicine, to find that good nutrition advice for those with chronic disease was hard to get, unless you had a condition that needed a dietitian.
This combined with my own health issues led me on a journey to improve my metabolic health.
This meant that the brain fog cleared, the energy returned, Blood pressure came down by heaps AND 15Kg of weight loss.
After spending the covid years studying Nutrition and the science of how food impacts metabolic health, I felt complelled to share this information with you all. Then Nutrition 101 evolved.
More recently I explored womens fertility and am Quailfied as a Natrual fertility Coach.
The aim is to improve fertilitiy health and optimize chances of conceiving, OR reducing chances of pregnancy without hormonal supplements. The use of diet modification and charting enables us to highlight the most fertile window.
